Watersportdag WSV De Slikleggers 2024
A home game is also nice sometimes; normally, I travel quite a bit to capture the action. But on August 17th, it was time for the WSV De Slikleggers Watersports Day again. Just at home at the harbor in Sint Philipsland.
Various emergency services were present. Children could enjoy various attractions, such as live shuffleboard or getting sprayed with water by the fire department.
But the best part for me was of course the action during the demonstrations with the rescue boats, divers, and helicopter and plane of the Coast Guard.
Perfectly organized, and the weather was fantastic too, all in all a beautiful summer day! See the photos below.
