ADAC GT Masters Zandvoort 2019
The average person sleeps in on a stormy Saturday morning. But I'd been wanting to take some action photos in the rain for a while. So when the ADAC GT Masters returned to Zandvoort and rain was forecast for the morning, I headed to Zandvoort early. Just as I arrived, it started pouring. Others were waiting by the restroom door for the rain to subside. I happily donned my rain gear and headed outside toward the track. Some good photo spots have disappeared in recent years. But with a bit of effort, I managed to get a good shot of the cars from the front, with the spray behind them. Moments like these, and the resulting photos, always cheer me up. Of course, I took plenty more photos throughout the day, even when the sun peeked out a bit on this windy day. You can see some of the results below. Until the next race!
